Description
Obagi-C® Fx C-Balancing Toner is an alcohol-free toner specifically formulated for normal to oily skin that adjusts your skin’s pH without drying it out. This non-drying formula helps balance the skin while preparing it for subsequent skincare steps.
How to Use
Apply twice daily (morning and evening) after cleansing. Dispense 3–4 pumps onto a cotton pad and gently wipe across entire face. Allow to air dry completely; do not rinse.
